- صيانة عامة ليدجر
- مراجعة / إعداد مجلة قسائم اليومية لجميع النفقات مع جميع الوثائق الداعمة
- تدقيق / مراجعة من مجلة قسائم للصحة والموافقة المناسبة
- التحقق من صحة جميع المعاملات اليومية التي تم إدخالها في النظام
- مراجعة / إعداد البنك المصالحة
- حساب الموظفين اجازة الأجور وتوفير المعلومات اللازمة لإدارة شؤون الموظفين لحساب استحقاقات الموظفين
- إعداد قائمة الدخل الميزانية على أساس البيانات المقدمة من رؤساء الأقسام المختلفة
- إعداد تقارير لمراقبة أداء ضد الميزانية وإبراز المجالات مع الانحرافات الكبرى
- رصد المبيعات النقدية والمصروفات النثرية
- دعم الإدارة العليا لأية معلومات اللازمة لاتخاذ القرارات الفعالة
- حفظ ما يصل إلى التاريخ بسجل لجميع المعاملات المحاسبية
- تقديم أي معلومات المالية اللازمة في متجر أو المستوى القطري
المهارات
- الحد الأدنى 10 عاما من الخبرة محاسبا في شركة محترمة
- شهادات CPA أو أي ذات الصلة
- دراية في العمل تكلف، والتعامل مع الحسابات والرواتب
- يجب أن يكون لديهم دوافع ذاتية، تنشيط النفس والكفاءة، وهو منظم جيد ودقيق وموثوق
- القراءة والكتابة الكمبيوتر مع المعرفة في المحاسبة برمجيات
- مهارات الاتصال الجيدة
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day to day Accounting operation
- Ensuring timely deposit of cash in the bank
- Maintenance of General Ledger
- Review / Preparation of daily Journal Vouchers for all expenses with all supporting documents
- Checking / Reviewing of Journal Vouchers for correctness and proper approval
- Checking the correctness of all the daily transaction entered in the system
- Reviewing / Preparing Bank Reconciliation
- Calculation of Staff vacation pay and providing necessary information of personnel department for calculation of staff benefits
- Preparation of budgeted income statement based on data provided by the different department Heads
- Preparation reports to monitor performance against budget and to highlight areas with major deviations
- To monitor cash sales and petty cash
- To support higher management for any info needed for effective decision making
- Keeping up to date record of all accounting transaction
- Providing any financial information needed at store or country level
المهارات
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an accountant in a reputable firm
- CPA or any related certifications
- Knowledgeable in job costing, handling of accounts and payroll
- He must be self-motivated, self-activated, efficient, a good organizer, accurate, and reliable
- Computer literate with knowledge in accounting software’s
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable University
